DBL loosing flanged pipe
The loosing flanges on this kind of fittings can be freely rotated around the pipe axis before jointing, they are more convenient for installation. So this perticular pipes are suitable for above-ground installations in water filtration plants, sewage treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and industrial plants.
Body: ductile iron grade 500-7/450-12 in accordance with ISO 1083
Loosing flange: ductile iron grade 500-7/450-12 in accordance with ISO 1083
Flange drilling: PN10, PN16 or PN25 drilling in accordance with ISO 7005-2/EN 1092-2
Fluid temperature: 0-50°C, excluding frost
External coatings: zinc coating +bitumen painting/liquid epoxy painting/epoxy applied by FBE or according to customers' requirements
Internal coating: cement mortar lining/liquid epoxy painting/epoxy applied by FBE/according to customers' requirements
Dbl loosing flanged pipe is available in the sizes of DN40 through DN200.
