Ductile iron grade 500-7/ 450-12 in accordance with ISO 1083.
WORKING PRESSURE : PN10，PN16 or PN25 drilling in accordance with ISO 7005-2/EN 1092-2.
FLUID TEMPERATURE : 0°C-50°C， excluding frost.
COATING:
External coatings:
1) Zinc coating +bitumen painting
2) Liquid epoxy painting

The loosing flanges on this kind of fittings can be freely rotated around the pipe axis before jointing, they are more convenient for installation.
Note：the gaskets, bolts & nuts are supplied respectively with the fittings usually.

1. What's our process?
For fittings bigger than DN300, we use resin sand cast;
For fittings no bigger than DN300( including DN300), we use clay sand cast.
Green sand with hand moulding and 3 semi-automatic lines are available.

Yes, both our brand "xinxing" and customers brand marked on products are acceptable.
3. Is third party inspection is available for our castings?
Yes, both foundry in-house and third party inspection are available.
